Record Print Status

Hi,

One quick question

When the Payment Batch status changed to Formatted - Ready for Printing...we will be clicking on Take Action and then clicking on Print button immediately Record status will be displayed to confirm the batch....it happend earlier to users and working fine

Right now When the Payment Batch status changed to Formatted - Ready for Printing...we will be clicking on Take Action and then clicking on Print button...system taking some time to change the staus and changing the status to( Formatted -Submitted for Printing)..after that....user clicking on take Action and then clicking on Print button immediately Record status will be displayed to confirm the batch.
