memory use

hiwhen i look in my OEM in performances menu, for the memory utilization the graph show 100% of the memory use. how can i reduce the use of memory. the listner is disconnect and many other application on the server because the no memory available.
i'am using RHEL5.4 on a quad core 32 Go of RAM server.
