XML Report Publisher Concurrent Request in R12

Hello All, when I try to submit this request, I select the LOV for the parameter "Report Request" and get a big sql error. Is anyone aware of any patches or changes to profiles I need to make in R12 to get this program to work?
Error:

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 24345 fdlget

Cause: fdlget failed due to ORA-24345: A Truncation or null fetch error occurred.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was : ....(sql)
