The Complete/ Incomplete tab greyed out in Transaction workbench

Hi,

Can you please suggest what exactly is the cause for the below issue-

1) Nearly 10 transactions created manually.

2) Invoice print program was run for them which completed successfully.

3) Now for FEW of the transactions, the complete/ incomplete option is greyed out in the transaction workbench. Ideally the standard functionality is the system shouldn't allow to update the transaction once the Invoice Print program is run.

4) User wants to change some details in the transaction workbench but finding the option is greyed out.

Kindly help.
