ORA-01403: no data found in package Oe_Oe_Form_Line Procedure Change_Attribute

Hi,

We're using R12.1.3 version of Oracle Apps.

Issue: After entering Order header and few lines,following error message pops up and does not allow user to proceed further. when checked it is automatically deleting the order as well hence user has to re-enter the whole order again. This is not consistent and happening intermittently. Please advice.

ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS_OE_LINE_UTIL", line 10802
