Navigation not working with combined analysis

I am trying to do a simple navigation from a combined analysis summary report where the user can click on an account status and see a detailed list of accounts that are in that status.  The target report has a filter of 'Is Prompted' on the Status field.  In the summary/combined analysis report, I have selected the Result column for the Status field and in the Column Format tab, I've set Value Interaction to 'Navigate', with the target report selected.  When I click on a Status value in the summary report, it navigates to the expected target report but does
