Copying and pasting address information into body of a clause yield formatting characters

When copying from an MS Word doc and pasting the information into the Clause body (especially if Address Information), I get lots of hidden characters/spacers/formatting characters.  It seems it has something to do with the Fonts that are in MS Word.  I have tried copying from Word > Pasting into Notepad > then copying/pasting into the clause, but then the formatting (indentations, etc) get all thrown off.  Just wondering if anyone has ever seen a bunch of strange characters when copying/pasting from MS word into a clause (specifically if there is address information).  Trying to find a good way to
