Alert for Customers Impacted by Hurricane Sandy!
If you 
anticipate being impacted or have been impacted by Hurricane Sandy, 
please be aware that Oracle has a team within Support ready to assist 
you with your recovery efforts in an expedited manner.  With some 
pre-planning, we will be better able to assist you.
In conjunction with your corporation's Disaster Recovery plans, please perform the following tasks as soon as possible:
- Log a tracking service request within My Oracle Support and include the following information:
- Your location and potential impact from Hurricane Sandy. Include 'Hurricane Sandy Impacted Site' at the beginning of the abstract.
- Alternate contact names and phone numbers (mobile or alternate office site). If you have contingency plans to communicate contact information (i.e. website) please let us know that as well.
