WEB ADI Budget Upload issue

Hi

We are having some users getting the following error; the results of the upload can not be displayed when attempting to upload a budget using Web ADI

We are on R12.1.2, no changes to ADI Budget Templates have been made recently, some users can upload budget successfully, downloaded new templates but error still persists, budget is not new

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
