Making payments across operating units

Hi,

Is it possible to make payments across operating units. We have a corporate company which handles disbursements on a weekly basis. We can use the functionality to transfer funds from Corporate to Subsidary company using Bank Transfer functionality in Cash Management in 12i.

But is there a way to make payments using corportate account to subsidiary company suppliers. I.e. From Corporate Operating Unit to Subsidiary Operating Unit.
