problem with SR Broker component

Hi Oracle Support,

I would like to share the problem with SR Broker component. SR Broker Component failing every 16 minutes. I am getting the below error. Please could you suggest me what might be the reasons for this and how may I overcome the problem?

 Error:

(smimtses.cpp (499) err=1801027 sys=0) SBL-NET-01027: Error decoding a message

(smimtses.cpp (499) err=2100034 sys=0) SBL-SMI-00034: Internal: Error (null) reading a message from the client

(smimtses.cpp (350) err=2100034 sys=0) SBL-SMI-00034: Internal: Error (null) reading a message from the client
