Contact Center:Quick Menu :Click Depot repair

Hi

We are on R12.1.3 and have enabled Depot repair function in Quick menu at Contact center.

When we click the Depot repair function,it opens up Depot repair form correctly but in between for few seconds displays Find repair orders form (it vanishes later).

For user perspective this is bit annoying...Not sure why Find repair orders comes for few seconds before rendering the Repair order form(CSDREPLN)...

Please advise..
