Create Accounting is not Creating Journal Entries for the Upgraded Checks that are Voided in R12

 We have upgraded from 11i to R12.1.3 and while trying to void the pre-upgrade check in R12 and ran the create accounting program its not transferring the Journal Entries to GL .
