Patch 14003384 and 14024063 - Causes Inactive Sessions

VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

After installing the Report Manager patches recommended by Oracle for Web ADI Implementation (Patch 14003384 and Patch 14024063) there are many INACTIVE sessions.
This produce several error in the database as ora-20 or ora-4030. please notice that dcd is enable in the rdbms server side and inactive connection are related to jdbc thing driver
