Activity Creation error: Call to Routing Business Object API Failed

Hello everyone,

We are still using eAM 11.5.10 and the user is trying to create activities from an existing work order.  I've had a couple users run into this issue where they create the work order and then go up to tools > create activity and it works for the first two or three then they get an Activity creation error.  I looked to see if there was anything on Metalink and Google and got no returns.  Has anyone else seen this before??  It is pretty bizarre because I can take that same work order and create the activity with no errors/issues, yet
