Question on read me of patch 6603716

 Hi,

Apps 11.5.10.2

The readme for patch 6603716 says "Patches 4355172 and 7172682 must be applied before this patch. These patches need not be applied by the customers, who are up-taking INV RUP8 6461522.
Since I have applied patch 8403245 (Oracle Inventory and Receiving (PO): Release 11.5.10, Rollup patch 15), does this mean I don't need these patches?
