OVS Looses Network Information

When trying to set the networking in a VM. Looking at the GUID's under the Networking Tab > VLAN Groups under NAME I see many GUID's that seem to have been created by Oracle Virtual Server. These GUID's do not have any networks associated with them and are blank. Many times my existing network GUID changes to one of these default GUID's. Im not sure why the system automatically creates them.

1. Why does this happen? 

2. How can I lock down my networking so this does not occour anymore?

3. Can I delete the GUID's safely? This is a prod system and dont want to cause any outages.
