How can I pass PO # and receipt # from receiving to WIP_COST_TXN_Interface for Deliver to Shop Floo

The PO_Header_ID and the REC_Transaction_ID  currently do not Pass  over to WIP nor Inventory  , yet the  WIP_COST_TXN_Interface has fileds to accomodate  same .
How can this be accomplished ?
