Create a PO form Requistion and Quotation?

hello,
I want to create a Purchase Order from a Requisition and a Quotation. In the requisition I have the required item quantity and a price list but I don't want to use this price list. The price I want to use for that PO is the price that the supplier send to me in the Quotation. Is it possible or I have to update the price manually?.
