upgrade 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.2 or 11.2.0.3. what is better?

HEre is a simple question.

I am looking to upgrade from 11.1.0.7 and i would like to know if i should upgrade to 11.2.0.2 or just go to 11.2.0.3.  Or do i need to go to 11.2.0.2 and then upgrade to 11.2.0.3?

how new is 11.2.0.3?

what documentation is available to help with the upgrade?

as i understand it each upgrade is a full install. 

I have an existing 11.2.0.2 environment which is running Grid Control in a separate home. 

i am running on a Sun machine with solaris 10.
