Fat client issue

Hi All,
another issue  have encountered:

The full DV910 package built and deployed. I am installing the client on one of the available computers - installation goes smooth - and when I start the client I get the popup:

Error Opening F98MOQUE Table

I attach jde.log. Can you please assist me on that?
