EBS R12.1.1 on OEL6.3 errors and unublished bugs

Hi,

We are trying to install R12.1.1 on OEL 6.3

There are lot of errors right from the begininng,I have followed all the pre -req RPMS  as shown int he document  are already in a higher version than mentioned int he document.

Oracle E-Business Suite Installation and Upgrade Notes Release 12 (12.1.1) for Linux x86-64 [ID 761566.1])

All other pre-req are also there.

The installation completed but the concurrent managers are not coming up.There is no error on the adcmctl.txt but i can only see a request as pending shutdownn in ICM .

Please help to fix,I have tried running con clean and cmclean to removed the nodes and add the nodes by autoconfig...no impact.
