Error coming while creating Shipping Networks

Dear Experts,

After defining shipping network error is coming while saving the record and record does not saves. And there is no shipping method is showing in the LOV when we choose it from the Tool Button. Error is given below:

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("INV"."MTL_INTERORG_SHIP_METHODS"."SHIP_METHOD")

FRM-40508: ORACLE error: unable to INSERT record.
