Same Error (SBL-DBC-00111) while selecting recently viewed records or clicking "Print" button.

Hi,

we are getting an error,,
" An error has occurred writing to a record. Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.(SBL-DBC-00111)
"
while selecting any recently viewed records (whether an Account / SR / etc) or clicking "Print / Print Preview "  button.

the above error is coming just after restarting the Siebel application after a planned shut down activity.
before this every thing was going well.
