Patch:7303030:Linux x86-64:12.0.6:fails to compile form ARXLOBOX.fmb

Hi,
During the application of patch, form ARXLOBOX.fmb fails to generate due to following errors.

Compiling function GET_OKL_INSTALLED_FLAG...
Compilation error on function GET_OKL_INSTALLED_FLAG:
PL/SQL ERROR 905 at line 3, column 9
object APPS.OKL_CASH_APPL_RULES is invalid
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 3, column 2
Statement ignored
