How t create PO of another Operating Unit?

Dear Experts,

There are two Operating Units OUA & OU2. Is it possible to make the PO for OUB from OUA. As two Inventory Organizations are there and both are attached with their respective OUs. So we want to make a PO in which delivery location will be of Inventory Org of another OU.
