Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Norweign Key board Issue..

Hi,

Customer facing the problem of unable to enter @ symbol while using Norweign key board.

As per norweign keyboards to enter @ symbol user has to use AlgGr(right alt key)+2 but the same is not working here.

Shift + 2 leads to “ which is as defined in Norweign key boards.

I found some external links explaining the same issue as below which shows this short cut combination having issue in norweign key boards,
