PN:Encumbrancy with Charge Leases payment schedules

Hi Gurus,

For our charge leases, we want to manage encumbrance for payment schedules once the lease is in final status.

The idea is that, when we first set the lease in status "final" (meaning approved), we have the same behavior with encumbrancy than what we have with approval of an encumbered PO.

Also, if we have rent increase agreements linked to the lease, and involving national fluctuating indexes, we would like that when the rent increase is calculated, then it changes the scheduled payment, so it should also change the encumbrancy. We have a similar thing that is done on the PO side, when a PO is modified after approval.
