OTL: Run Timecard Migration

Hi OTL Gurus,

Can someone explain what this program is all about 'Run Timecard Migration'. We are upgrading from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 and this has come up as a step in the HR area. However, I am not finding any documentation anywhere as to;

1. What this process does
2. What parameters to use.

Number of Workers, Migration Type are required parameters. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
