Oracle Support  ‘Proactive Support Delivery’ teams are here to help you be more successful with the implementation of Oracle products. 

We have a three-pronged approach:

Prevent:  Aiming to keep your system healthy and avoid known issues from occurring.
Resolve: Discover resources that help you resolve the issues that do occur.
Upgrade: Learn how to make your next upgrade, install or patch run smoothly.

As part of the ‘Prevent’ stream we have been using Twitter to broadcast details of points of interest (such as important Notes, and bug fixes).

We have been using the #OracleEBS tag on our tweets, and are introducing 3  new #tags (to be used in combination with the existing #OracleEBS tag), to help users to find messages of interest.  These are:
