Accrual Reconciliation Load Run Program

Hi Folks,
Could someone please explain to me how does the Accrual Reconciliation Load run program works? How does it loads the data? Does it replaces the existing data when it is run again? How does the date range affects the data?

Lets say I am in the month of Oct, and I need to reconcile till SEP-12. But by mistake, I ran the program till Oct 31. Now my AP PO Recon reports will contain Oct data as well. Is there a way to undo this load run and load data till Sep 30 only so that the AP PO recon reports show data till Sep only?
