Creating Default Value Fields for auto populating Contact Information on a Lead Page

I'm replying back to the information you provided to me below.

Couple things.  First, I made the changes on my Leads page to make those fields not required so only First and Last Name is required because those are system required fields.

Second,  On the Field Lead Setup, I updated the fields with your examples below for Work Phone Nbr field, Mr./Mrs. field and Email field.

Now, the last one for the Lead First Name field, I went ahead an put in that long string of characters into the "Field Validation" field.  When I click save, I get the following error message:
