Can we modify the "From Email Address" on our marketing email campaigns from ODM

Currently on our email campaigns from ODM, we have them personalized to come from the Account Owner.  So what happens is when the email arrives at the targeted contact, the Email From Address will show up as:

"cpmarrone" cpmarrone@mmm.com (as cpmarrone is the Account Owner for the Contact in CRM.)In looking at the data we have pulled from Reports in ODM around the "Opens and Click Through's" , the rate is very low and looking to improve this. One thing we would like to do is when our marketing Emails are sent from the Account Owner, we would like to customize the From Address to show something like:
