PTO Negotiated Rates
We offer PTO which is based on your years of service, the accrual is tiered. We have many new hires that are negotiating a higher rate of PTO based on what they would normally be entitled to. The only way in our version 8.9 that I have found to accomodate this would be to setup a different accrual for every scenario someone is hired into, or do a one time override in every payroll. Does anyone else have a similar scenario that can offer another solution or is there more capabilities in the newer version that would allow for better handling?
