Server Error 404 - File or directory not found

I am getting the 404 error when running individual reports from a book in Oracle EPM Workspace, Fusion Edition 11.1.2.1. All reports in the book are running fine except for the ones that have "/" in the member name. These same reports ran in version 9 before we converted to version11 a few months ago. Is there a resolution to fix this issue other than changing the member name? I am trying not to have to change all the scripts and business rules that currently utilize these type of member names.
