Creating "Cases" from ODM to CRM
I believe I know the answer to this, but need to have verification before finalizing. My organization was wondering if there is a way that we can create a Case within CRM based on if someone fills out a form within MOD. For example, we create a microsite and launch a program that requires registration. When the registration occurs, is it possible to create a case (at the account level) within CRM at sync up in the evening.
