ORA-12850: Could not allocate slaves on all specified instances: 2 needed, 0 allocated

Hi,
 I have a RAC 11.2.0.1 of two nodes running  7 databases. All of them on the same asm, same oracle home.

when I query by OEM the tablespace of one of them I get the error ORA-12850: this happen only in one.If a go to datafile or other option there is no problem.

I check all the parameters related with parallel with other databases and are the same. 

Any suggestion, idea
