Database for Oracle EBS R12 does not start after a power failure

 Hi, 
I have two Instances,DVLP and CRP1, of EBS 12.1.1 on Linux Server. Today morning we had power failure. When we restarted the system, only One of the two Instances is not coming up. The failure is in starting Database.

Following are the messages:
