Creating a physical standby with a 300 GB table containing LOBS

Hi Folks -

We are wanting to create a single node physical standby database using ASM from a two node RAC database using ASM.  The entire database is about 700 GB with one table being about 300 GB and containing aerial photograpy stored as LOB data.  I am just seeking a suggested method for trying to do this in a reasonable about of time with limited downtime.  We have looked at RMAN duplicate for standby, named pipes, transportable tablespace, etc. but don't really have a good notion as to what is the best method to try to get this right the first time.

Howdy, Stranger!
