Unable to apply patch 2476102 - hanging

Hi,
Apps 11.5.10.2

Customer has logged the SR with following deatils.
we are applying baseline patches and find the below 2 patches not getting applied. Are there any new patches, these patches appear to be older version of the applications.

2147366 - Exchange Suite
2372715 - Exchange Release 6.2.3

Found in ARU and bug db...
These two patches (2147366 and 2372715) are 10 years old.
I see a few notes on this product but there is really no new ones in last several years.

Per MetaLink SR Template Help for Exchange Self Hosted (Doc ID 307576.1), patch 2476102 seems to be the latest. Even this is 8 years old.
This 2476102 is 11i.POM.H (Oracle Exchange 6.2.5). Read me of this points to
