Forms Configurator - Can user use the Folder tools in a template ?

Hi

Customer made a new template copied by the following data.

Template Code : PER_MAINTAIN_EMPS
Template Name : GLOBAL Maintain Employees

Also, customer added Special Information Tab.
(Windows - Maintenance Window - Canvases - Maintain tabs - Tab Pages - Special Info.)

Customer wants to change the display field order of SIT or EIT.
(I think that default display order is segmentX for SIT or EIT - like segment1, segment2..)

Can customer change the display field order and save the changed order?
(like using Folder Tools)

=> eg. How can user change the display order between Award Type and Reward whenever template is opened?
