What is the Diffrence b/w Encumbrance or Accural account ??

 Hi Experts, we use to work on the encumbrance based accounting and therefore we have defined the encumbrance account but most of the time if we didnt work on the encumbrance so the liability takes the place of accural ............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
