Error occured in Post Mass Addition "Please enter a Date Placed In Service that falls in the current

We are adding a CIP asset in Oracle Asset through Mass addition and while posting the CIP asset, we found the following error

"Please enter a Date Placed In Service that falls in the current or a prior period."

The case is that our corporate book is in october 2012 and tax book is iin April 2011. So while finding the error on metalink i found the following cause and resolution:

Symptoms

When attempting to run Post Mass Additions, the following error occurs:
