Hi there

We are in the process of applying Patches 12996516:R12.FWK.B and 9833058:R12.OAM.B
but are hitting an error in 'adpatch' :

    AutoPatch error :
    File missing  -  $FND_TOP/admin/driver/fndsub031.drv

What do we need to do to allow patch application to continue?
