PIM Sync: Once deleted from the Outlook calendar, how to get the same Appointment again from CRMOD t

Hi,

Request a clarification on the following scenario.

1. One of our user, had created an Appointment in CRMOD. And, it is visible in his CRMOD Calendar.
2. After the PIM sync operation, this record was available in his Outlook Calendar too.
3. Then, by mistake the user deleted this Appointment from his Outlook Calendar.
4. Now, he tried to sync numerous times, but still this Appointment is not getting synced again from CRMOD to Outlook.

We can still see this appointment in CRMOD, so is there any way through which we can Sync / get this appointment again to his Outlook Calendar. Please suggest.
