I need steps for oracle telesales implementation

 Hi friends,

    I completed requirement gathering.I`m having instance and resp sys administrator.how can i start  do setups for oracle telesales and field sales.Please give me your support.If u can means send screenshots for telesales and field sales setups.Kindly mention prerequisite go to transactions.
