pros and cons for Oracle 11.2.0.3 RAC enabled DB on VMWare vsphere virtual machines with Windows 200

Requesting help to identify pros and cons for Oracle 11.2.0.3 RAC enabled DB on VMWare vsphere virtual machines with Windows 2008 sp2 64 bit platform.Following is the scenario
- Mutliple VMs will be created on physical boxes. 
e.g. M1 (Physical Box)- VM1 and VM2
       M2 (Physical Box)- VM3 and VM4
A RAC enabled DB will be setup on VM1 and VM3, another DB will be setup on VM2 and VM4.
Q- What are the pros and cons of above implementation (Client is aware of Oracle's support policy).
