Hold Code not in F4201

I am currently having an issue with held orders.  For a line level hold code, the code appear only in F4209 but not in F4201.

If the user inquires in the P43070 application on the order, the lines on hold are displayed correctly. When inquiring in the P4210 the Hold Code column is blank.
