Oracle Sourcing - Why there's no Automatic Scoring for Internal Employees in RFQ?

Hi,
Oracle Sourcing does not allow automatic scoring for RFQ Questionnaire with type 'Internal'. The system allows me to associate a value set for automatic scoring, but upon saving the requirement I get an error that 'the requirement line must be of manual type for internal'. On the Contrary, I can create an Internal RFI (say for Supplier Performance Evaluation), and create questionnaire of 'internal' type and make it 'automatic' scoring with value set. 

I have checked the Negotiation Styles for RFQ and Internal RFI, and the only major difference is that the RFI has been enabled for 'Internal' responses only.
