Oracle Sourcing - Requirement question text clears automatically upon changing any attribute

Hi,If I change any attribute of Requirement, then the texts clears off automatically. I have to retype the whole of requirement, and it simply increases data entry time.

I believe this is not an intended functionality and could be a potential bug.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a new Requirement Question
2. In the bottom portion select scoring as 'Manual'
3. Now type the requirement text
4. Change the scoring from 'Manual' to 'Automatic'
5. Text clears off automatically
6. The same behaviour occurs when any attribute gets updated by the user (including adding or removing value set)

Environment
R12.1.3+ with latest Procurement Rollup Patch of Sep 2012
